Amazingly intoxicated 21-year old, Noah, was arrested on multiple charges after hitting a tree with his car and fleeing the scene of the accident. It didn't take long for police to track him down to his residence nearby where he lives with grandmother and his wife. What ensues is, quite possibly, the most hilariously painful arrest ever captured.
